My background spans more than two decades as a United States Air Force officer, where I led high-performance teams in some of the military’s most demanding operational environments. During that time, success depended on understanding complex systems, identifying limiting factors, and making precise adjustments to improve outcomes.

Today, I apply those same principles to human performance.

Combining formal education, performance coaching, data-driven analysis, and real-world application, I help clients identify the physiological bottlenecks preventing them from performing at their highest level.
